I've spent more than two decades working inside health, wellness, sales, operations, and business growth. Along the way, I kept seeing the same problem: good businesses using good tools, but struggling to get their marketing, sales, follow-up, and technology to actually work together.
I Kept Seeing the Same Disconnect
My career has taken a few turns over the past two decades, from health and safety to wellness, business ownership, sales, account management, operations, and growth strategy. I owned a gym in Ohio, worked alongside business owners and their teams, and eventually found myself supporting multiple locations and solving many of the problems that happen behind the scenes.
Through all of it, I kept seeing the same thing.
Smart, passionate business owners were investing in marketing, generating leads, adding software, and trying new strategies, but the pieces weren’t working together. Leads came in without consistent follow-up. CRMs became expensive address books. Teams lacked visibility into their pipelines. Marketing and sales operated separately. And good opportunities were getting lost somewhere in between.
So I built a better way.
Nuvana wasn’t created because the world needed another CRM. It grew out of a very real need for businesses to connect the technology, the process, and the people using it.
I’m Dawn Eichenlaub, founder of Elevate with Nuvana and creator of Nuvana CRM. I’m a strategist, systems nerd, and someone who believes technology should make running a business easier, not give you another damn thing to manage.
Today, that philosophy extends beyond the CRM itself. Elevate with Nuvana brings together technology, strategy, sales, marketing, automation, and hands-on support to help businesses build systems that actually work in the real world.
And yes, some of my perspective comes from outside the office too. Raising five kids and now being Yaya to three grandbabies will teach you plenty about communication, delegation, adaptability, and what happens when a system has absolutely no intention of following the system. 😏
